Pete's Wicked Ale

The bottle says this beer is an "exceptionally smooth ruby-brown ale" and it doesn't lie. I am not usually a fan of red ales as I prefer a bit more hoppyness in my brews, but this beer was quite nice. It has a full malty taste and aroma, with just enough Brewer's Gold hops in the mix to give it a nice balance. Again, my own personal taste would have a bit more in both the bittering and aroma additions, but as far as my opinion of red ales goes, this one isn't bad at all!

It is much more ruby red then the picture shows (damn! I have GOT to come up with a better way of photographing these beers, heh heh).
